FARM TO TABLE

Category / Final year project

The Covid-19 pandemic has prompted people to reevaluate their lifestyles. This has led to the rise of a healthy live broadcast trend. As the virus originated from animal transmission, it has sparked global concern about food sources and nutrition. Consequently, more individuals are adopting a vegan diet. However, there is a negative stereotype associated with veganism, particularly the misconception that it lacks protein.

To address this, I aim to provide basic knowledge about vegan diets and offer new experiences to people. I plan to develop a vegan nutrition program that highlights local farm stories from Hong Kong. Through targeted promotional events, we can educate young people (aged 22-30) about the importance of food and the benefits of a vegan lifestyle.
